Balloon Garland up to 8 metres from Once Upon A Balloon

Chantel Cotton and Lauren Winslade from Once Upon A Balloon are very generously donating a beautiful, made to order, balloon garland in any colour (up to 8 metres) to the lucky winner. RRP £96.

The balloon garland can be delivered to addresses in the Bromley area, and has to be set up by Lauren and Chantel, which involves them entering the premises (with masks on) to set it up, which takes about an hour.

This lovely prize is being donated by Stacy from Sense in Strength.

This 40 minute treatment uses organic massage oils and a heated table to help release tightness, iron out knots, de-stress, aid sleep, improve skin tone and give a gentle boost to the immune system. £5 off another treatment booked with Stacy also included.

The winner will need to fill out a medical form in advance. The massage will be in Stacy’s treatment room in New Eltham.

Two Zumba Classes from Sense in Strength

This prize is being donated by Stacy from Sense in Strength.

The winner gets two classes of live virtual Zumba (on Zoom). Zumba is a fun uplifting dance class which boosts cardiovascular health and burns calories in the comfort of your own home. The winner can invite friends and family as long as everyone is using one device. Everyone joining will need to be cleared for cardio activity or have no existing conditions that mean they are contraindicated to intense cardio exercise, and fill out a medical form in advance.
